ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY

What is your order processing time?

We process all orders within 3-5 working days. All products are ready for dispatch in the warehouse of our experienced logistics partner, Morning Express in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. The cut-off time for processing the order on a working day is 3 PM from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Once dispatched from our warehouse, you can expect the order to arrive within 3 -5 working days after the day of processing (remote districts may take longer). In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to typhoons/ rainstorms or any other emergency, deliveries will be rescheduled for the next available date.

Orders for Singapore may take 5-14 working days. Although our logistics partner will endeavour to ship the goods as soon as possible, however, due to flight uncertainties, a high lead time is quoted.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

To ensure the smooth & safe delivery of your orders, we have tied up with Morning Express in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia as our delivery partner. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the delivery details via e-mail / SMS.

What is the cost of shipping?

A shipping charge will be displayed at the time of checkout for all orders. Due to high air freight costs, all items are not available in Singapore and Australia. For the available products, we will be bearing a part of the freight and handling charges for our customers.
