I received a damaged product. How do I return/replace it?
If you receive a damaged product, please send us an email at email@example.com with clear photographs of the damaged product within three days of receiving it. Once we confirm the damage, we will contact you to initiate the return/ replacement of the damaged product.
How do I place a replacement/ refund request on LalisKart.com?
If you wish to return or replace an item, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three days of receiving the product with photographs of the issue observed.
All returns must be postmarked within three days of receiving the product. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
How do I initiate a refund for my order?
Please send an email to email@example.com if you wish to receive a refund for the item(s) bought from Lali’s Kart. Our customer service executive will address your grievances and initiate the refund process.
If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us the photograph of the damaged product within three days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, the refund will not be initiated.
If I receive the wrong product, can I get it replaced?
If what you receive is not what you ordered, please contact email@example.com. We will replace it with the correct item.
How do I cancel my order?
There is no option to cancel the orders on LalisKart.com. If you wish to return the product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Courier charges may be deducted if the order is cancelled by the customer prior to delivery. Once we receive and confirm the refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
